Chairman of Cem Power International and Co-founder of Acumen Global Training, Rabi Dasgupta has over 40 years of experience in the cement, power, and corporate training industries. An IIT Kharagpur Chemical Engineering graduate, he transitioned from a successful corporate career into entrepreneurship, founding two companies in Dubai.

An internationally certified trainer, Rabi is a recognised leadership coach and thought leader, passionate about ESG, sustainability, and transformative training. A former IIT Blue awardee for football and skilled percussionist, he is set to release his book Parenting Algorithm in 2025.
