Deeksha Jain, an IAS officer with AIR 22 in UPSC, serves as Chief Development Officer, Kanpur Nagar. With expertise in education, women empowerment, rural development, and water conservation, she has delivered impactful initiatives, including Mission Umang for menstrual hygiene and groundwater rejuvenation in Firozabad.

A gold recipient of the National E-Governance Award, Deeksha also resolved critical land issues and conducted peaceful elections during her SDM tenure. Holding Honors and Master’s degrees in English Literature from Miranda House, she is passionate about reading, writing, and art.
